Keep in mind that our conference theme is this year is “Brightening the Future: Rooted in Story, Inspired by History.” It invites us to honor past experiences that have shaped our communities while looking ahead with purpose, innovation, and hope. It reflects WACUHO’s values of fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment, promoting meaningful connections and professional development, ensuring exceptional residential experiences, and embracing collaboration and diversity across our member institutions. Proposals that integrate this theme will receive priority in our selection process.

Sessions Review Timeline
Session submissions will be selected on a rolling basis to assist presenters in securing institutional funding based on their session acceptance. The Sessions Committee's goal is to notify presenters by the dates outlined below. Updates will be shared should there be delays in status notification.
Submit by November 14, 2025 → Response by December 5, 2025
Submit by December 19, 2025 → Response by January 9, 2026
Submit by January 16, 2026 → Response by January 30, 2026
