WACE draws over 250 attendees from all professional levels across areas like Residential Life, Facilities, Business Operations, Student Conduct, and Summer Programs. The exhibit hall hosts over 45+ corporate partners showcasing solutions to support student success, from software management, furniture solutions, laundry services and more. With over 50+ regionally tailored programs, participants represent community colleges, private institutions, and universities from the UC, CSU and Nevada systems.
Brightening the Future
This year’s theme, “Brightening the Future: Rooted in Story, Inspired by History,” invites us to honor past experiences that have shaped our communities while looking ahead with purpose, innovation, and hope. It reflects WACUHO’s values of fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment, promoting meaningful connections and professional development, ensuring exceptional residential experiences, and embracing collaboration and diversity across our member institutions.
70th Anniversary
As we celebrate the 70th anniversary of WACE, this theme encourages reflection, celebrates identity, and reinforces our shared responsibility to create a brighter future for our students and each other.
Submit A Session Proposal
This year's conference theme, “Brightening the Future: Rooted in Story, Inspired by History” invites us to honor past experiences that have shaped our communities while looking ahead with purpose, innovation, and hope.
